Given that it’s the second-largest island in the Mediterranean, with the best white sandy beaches and turquoise clear waters. So, it’s easy to assume that seafood stands front and center in the gastronomic culture. Actually, Sardinia is even better than that: there’s also a treasure of wines to discover!
